Yes: Chocolate cyst is one of commen signs of endometriosis. It will decrease your chance of conceiving. Due to the size, I do not recommend surgery at this time. You should try to conceive early, because pregnancy is an excellent treatment for endometriosis!

Hi Doctor, Irregular Period. Last period was on 8 March. Been trying for a child. According to my period app i am 13 days late. Experienced cramps one side last week and now having mild cramps. Increased CM. Am i pregnant? or isit too early to test?
Why can't I get pregnant? They removed my right tube and cleared my left one and still nothing. I don't think I'm ovulating on my left side.
