Best to ask the Dr who read the slide. This is what the Dr saw in your Pap smear. Different Drs use different terminology. I cannot translate for certain. Never use abbreviatiosn in medicine as can be deadly.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your report is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
