Never use abbreviations in medicine. Can be deadly. Always send normal values for your lab as they may differ across labs. Not possible to interpret with out talking to and seeing you. Need detailed family history of blood issues, where were you born and your ethnicity? Has iron been checked? Do you eat clay?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped you provided the actual results, high and low are not quantitative results. Wish you good health!
