At your age,I would not expect you to be urinating at night;are you sure it is urine and not ejaculation, ie,"wet dreams." If it is definitely urine, be sure to limit fluids before bed,and limit caffeinated beverages and alcohol as both can cause more urination. Some people are very deep sleepers;if this has been happening your whole life, it may be that. Please discuss with your doc if continues.

Because this problem is not often so before reserving to wearing pad, you can try first by limiting fluid intake after the dinner and empty your bladder just before bedtime. Alcohol abstinence is also helpful if you a drinker. If you are overweight, snoring a lot during sleep with frequent daytime sleepiness, sleep apnea needs to be ruled out.
