I've had a meatotomy surgery, after 1 day i couldn't pass urinte, so i installed a catheter to help urinate, but when i get an erection my penis hurts so bad, and now 2 days after removal the pain didn't stop when erection happens, why is that?

It is likely the placement of the catheter roughed up the outlet tube and supportive tissue enough to trigger some pain with the additional stress of an erection. It should gradually subside in a week or so. You should call your urologist to get any guidance for this pattern.
