Have sex mid cycle: You ovulate 2 weeks before your period, so for most women, this is about the middle of their cycle. Have unprotected sex often around the middle of your cycle. If you find you are not getting pregnant after 6 months of trying, than discuss with your dr. And you and your partner may need fertility testing done. Good luck.
