Can someone who has never had a period have swollen breasts still due to hormones. we know why she doesn't get periods. just wondering if she still gets the hormones and symptoms of a period even with menstruation?

I’m not sure I have all the information, but in general, if a person has ovaries that are functioning and a normal pituitary gland, then yes, the person can have swollen breasts from hormones without having a menstrual period.
