Have the flu with a fever of 101.3 f. should i be kept warm or cool when you have the flu? i don't know if keeping warm will make my temp rise or not. or is it generally good to just stay comfortable?

Stay comfortable. You may take acetaminophen for fever and aches, no more than 4 g in one day, no alcohol. Drink enough water, fruit juice to keep your urine mostly colorless. Even if you have flu, it may be another viral infection, it would be prudent to get flu vaccine in 4-6 weeks.
