When they tie your tubes the sperm have no way to reach the egg. You do not get pregnant. Normal women occasionally skip a cycle, but if the delay is from pregnancy a simple urine pregnancy test would be positive.

Pregnancy causes the same symptoms whether it occurs in the uterus or the tubes. If you had your tubes tied then your chances of being pregnant are near 0. failure is very rare There could be other reasons for your symptoms. Pl see your GYN
