Yes, it happens when mobility is reduced and if you were prescribed narcotic analgesic such as norco, problem will be worse. If there's no contraindication (heart, kidney and liver disease) you should increase fluid intake 20-30% to 2 liters or more a day if you've an average body mass, take stool softener OTC twice a day and you can take miralax OTC every other day as needed + eating more fruits.
