Consult your surgeon in person for an exam and culture of the drainage. Although incisions for laparoscopic surgery are usually healed in "six weeks", infection can occur, and the location is difficult to clean.

In this situation, your surgeon would be the person best suited to determine whether this persistent drainage is normal. If the surgeon has seen you recently, and you have not developed any new or different symptoms, you should feel reassured. Good luck.
