Yes, serum creatinine of 1.4 mg/dl is abnormal so you likely have mild renal insufficiency. You should not concern much if this number is not new compared with previous years. However, if this is a new (acute) finding, e.g. last year 1.0 mg/dl and now 1.4 mg/dl, you should see a kidney specialist (nephrologist) for the appropriate assessment.
