I don't think a STD is causing the coccyx pain. If it's not from injury, could it be from prolonged exposure to hard surfaces? Also wear and tear osteoarthritis can be a cause. Sometimes it's from a congenital deformity. An orthopedic specialist can evaluate and advise you best. Appropriate testing would be done if deemed advisable.
