If you still have it on hand could still be tested. Assuming they are not around someone who is feeding it to them should and it was present at birth should be gone in a few days I would think. Have not seen proper studies on this though.

Your question is not clear. Meconium drug testing can detect maternal drug use during the last 4 to 5 months of pregnancy.
