You should probably get evaluated for like H. pylorii; it seems you may have upper gastrointestinal disorder that is treatable.

There are many illnesses that can cause periodic pain in the stomach region. You could consider a trial of antacids to see if they help. If your pain persists for longer than a week or so, you should see your doctor. Good luck.
