These symptoms may not be caused by hepatitis C but if you've lost a great deal of fluid and are dehydrated, which your symptoms suggest, I think you should proceed to the emergency room where prompt evaluation and care are available.

Hepatitis C does not usually cause acute gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. It is likely that you have a gastrointestinal illness in addition. You do need to see a gastroenterologist to treat the hepatitis C once you are recovered from your current illness, however. Do not ignore this. Hepatitis C can cause severe liver damage over time.
