The only condition that I think May cause this in a healthy young woman is livedo reticularis which is caused by vascular skin changes due to cold exposure, tobacco use or emotional factors but it's usually more of a transient process. . A physician or dermatologist would have to examine you in order to make a diagnosis and advise you.
