I'm on vacation and forgot my amlodipine. how bad to not take for 1 week ?

It depends on how high was your baseline BP before you started taking Amlodipine. without taking Amlodipine your BP will likely go up by 10-20mm... which is relatively harmless. But you should get it checked at a pharmacy at least once daily or at least on alternate days.
