I was diagnosed with a ringworm and i did the cream for four weeks and its still there but its getting lighter but im using over the counter ant fungus cream should get looked at again or just keep doing the cream until its gone?

You can kill all the fungus associated with ringworm and it will still take weeks before the skin appears normal. Run the tips of your fingers over the site. If the skin feels rough it is not responding and may not be ringworm. If the skin surface feels similar to the surrounding skin, it is responding. If concerned the doc can still check the sites.
