It takes a few days for fertile sperm to swim into the fallopian tubes and fertilize an egg. The 30th seems unlikely. With 2 contributors so close together it is not clear who the father would be. You can get a non-invasive paternity test with a sample of mothers blood as early as 8-10 weeks. These are accurate to the point courts accept them as proof of paternity.
