No: Could be plugged lacrimal (eye) duct. Check with doctor, may need to see eye doctor.

Tear duct: No. The tear duct may be small or plugged. Should have the pediatrician look at it and give you advise on what to do or have you see an ophthalmologist for an evaluation.
