Please see a dermatologist who can actually visualize the marks and advise you what they are. You've posted on a free forum where pictures cannot be submitted and diagnoses are not made.

What doctor knows about thyroid disease?
I have seen many endocrinologists and none of them know what is wrong. My thyroid levels are normal except for one level, the thyroglobulin level. Instead of 40, it is always 80-100 and no one knows why. I have symptoms and I need to figure it out.
