Been getting these for a few months down one leg. they increase when i dont stretch or over workout. i also have piriformous syndrome where my glute muscle really overworks itself. ive been seeing a physical therapist to fix this and get them less?

Have you been measured for a limb length difference or pelvic rotation? The most common cause of Piriformis syndrome. Lift therapy with or without an orthotic made by a podiatrist.

Agree that visit to a podiatrist to evaluate the use of orthotics would be an excellent adjunctive measure to your physical therapy, as any asymmetries would best be corrected to achieve future stabilization.
