My left foot is swollen, no injury, my bp is a little low. ive been extremely tired lately. is this something i should go to the er for. i e never had swollen feet (even when pregnant) and i take meds for high bp?

If both feet are swollen this can be related to your blood pressure and heart function. Y you mentioned only one foot being swollen. This could be not related to your heart function but the possibility of clot formation in the left leg. I would go to ER if the latter is concerned.
