Yes. An increased discharge is not unusual during pregnancy, and unless there are associated symptoms such as those you mentioned, there is no need for further evaluation. Even then the problems are annoying rather than dangerous. The two things to evaluate promptly are bleeding and a large amount of watery fluid.
