Will tylenol (acetaminophen) pm or cold medicines so in a urine test?

Most urine tests : Are looking for illegal substances like marijuana or cocaine, or legal but perhaps inappropriately used substances like opioids (morphine, heroin). Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm has Benadryl in it, which is not tested. More cold medicines have decongestants which do not typically register either. However, something like robitissin ac would show because of the codeine.
