I want to know what to do, i've had my period for 3+ weeks since october 13th and it hasn't been really heavy but definitely consistent. i had a miscarriage not too long ago and had my d&c september 16th and started birth control on october 18th?

If the "birth control" is low dose oral bcp's, taking the active pill within the hour of having taken the previous day's active pill will correct what may be withdrawal bleeding from lack of punctuality taking the active pills. Stop the present pack, wait 5-6 days, and start a new pack, taking the active pills as described. If unsuccessful, ask your GYN about other strengths of oral bcp's.
