A member asked:

Is it normal for urine to turn orange after sitting in the snow?

5 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

Yes as oxidizing agents in the urine cause the color change when interacting with the snow. As long as your urine remains normal in the rest of the time, no worries.

Never heard of that and have been doing Nephrology for 60+ years. Dark yellow if dehydrated. Orange no. Was the observer snowblinded?
