I have optic nerve swelling i haven't been to the doctor in over a year. i still have migraines, tinnitus, eye pain, some visual hallucinations. is this related to the condition? should i schedule a follow-up? i'm very busy with college at the moment?

As long as you don’t worry about going blind may not need follow up. It would scare the heck out of me.
