This site does not let us view pictures. The treatment in adults is rarely done. If your concern is cosmetic, I would be reluctant to consider it. A tibial derotational osteotomy necessitates the surgeon to incise the bone (tibia), turn it appropriately to improve the alignment, and secure the bones in that position with metal hardware while they heal.
