Zero risk for HIV sexually unless a penis enters vagina, rectum or (very rarely) mouth. Zero worries, even if your partner has HIV. You were at higher risk from the condom-protected vaginal sex than from genital rubbing without penetration. On the other hand, what in heaven's name are you doing having sex (or near sex) with someone whose HIV status you do not know??? Ask him!
