I am having issues with really bad reflux causing nausea and vomiting. i had an abd ultrasound which was normal and a gastric emptying test was normal. any liquid can trigger me to regurgitate it. i know i have gerd but its not been this bad?

Check for H pylori a bacteria associated with reflux and ulcers.- treated w/antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors. Also consider EGD ( endoscopy) for gastritis ( they can check for H pylori then or get a breath test) and eosinophilic esophagitis which is an immune process. Consider food intolerances gluten dairy soy and pancreatic insufficiency F/U/ w/ gastroenterology
