Something is bothering me on my right side underneath my rib and on the side near the middle of my stomach but surrounding my right rib. it doesnt hurt but i feel something there?

That is the location of the liver. Nothing to concern unless you have had that feeling for a while then a physical exam is indicated. If you just feel it today, you can observe & somewhat neglect it, most likely the symptom will disappear next day. However, if symptom persist then other symptoms occur such as fever, nausea, vomit, etc. you need to be examined.
