I fell yesterday and injured my wrist. How do I know if it's just bruised and when it might be broken? It's sore, but I can use my hand. I can move it up and down, sideways and turn it. I have broken this arm twice and sprained the wrist before.
I fell three days ago. I cannot straighten my arm at elbow. No bruising or deformity but weak & stiff. Is it just sprained or should I have x-rays?
