First time to have sex at your age has to be a relatively emotional and stressful situation so I guess your period might come early as a 3-4 day period of spotting or it will come late this month. Even with protected sex a urine pregnancy test should be done for ruling out pregnancy. If test is (-) and you do not have a normal period this month, consider the first scenario to be correct.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Consult this site. http://www.nichd.nih.gov/health/topics/menstruation/conditioninfo/Pages/causes.aspx Get HPV vaccine.
