We need more details. Why do you check your temperature at night? Unless you have some symptoms, it is hard to know what needs to be done. Do you feel hot or cold or are you asymptomatic? I would not be concerned unless your temp is 100 degrees or more. Anything less than 100 is technically not fever. Send us more details so that we can guide you further.
