Immune system: allergies (sort of chronic inflammation) means rather a heightened immune system not a weak one, you had the problem for 8 years, and that's not uncommon, and you don't need to have fever if you have chronic rhino-sinusitis, which can allergic or non-allergic. You need to see an ENT or an allergist/immunologist, if you have access to one, for proper management, good luck
