Need to know your symptoms in more detail as several causes. But usually means that when blood flows to stomach is may steal blood from your heart and you get chest pain. Or your gut demands more blood when you eat and a blockage in the gastric artery(s) does not give enough blood and you gut hurts or doe not work. Your body is talking to you.
