Oral Sex and HIV: I will assume you are asking as the person giving oral sex. This is the third most common sexual way that HIV is caught. Granted it is very low risk over all but the risk is not zero. If the person you are giving oral sex to has HIV and this male ejaculates in your mouth you are at risk for getting this infection.
