Does it matter the time of day you take a trt injection. morning or evening?

If you're referring to testosterone injections, it's my impression that there are intramuscular injections administered by a health professional during regular office hours as well as SQ injections which you must administer. Unlike insulin you don't require immediate action of the medicine so it shouldn't matter what time of day the injection is given as the testosterone acts over days & not hour
