I consider it so. There also may be a component of sleep need created by the new school year/studies/etc.

Encourage a regular sleep schedule, quiet activity close to bedtime and avoid fluids two hours prior to bedtime. The change in daylight hours may have some effect, but consistency in bedtime routine is recommended.
