Little or no risk. Urine does not frequently transmit STDs -- in fact, urine is toxic to many of them. And what are the chances the patient has an STD to begin with? It sounds like you may be a nurse or other health care provider? If so, you could discuss this with the clinic's or hospital's infection control professionals. In the meantime, I really wouldn't be at all worried.
