L-theanine has interactions with sedatives in general and you should be cautious using that with the trazodone; ashwagandha can have a mild interaction with benzodiazepines (and thyroid medication) but I have not seen any reports of interactions with other antidepressants (the KSM-66 version has the most consistent studies). Make sure your doctor knows about all supplements you are taking.
