If localized only to one area we think of factors that would put it there, like a reaction to something applied to the site or wearing a shirt with a colored decal in that location. Much of rash assessment is visual, so since I can't see it and we can't view it on the public site I must leave it a puzzle. If it bothers her, have it evaluated.
