I have 2 holes in my inner thigh left from a carbuncle. this carbuncle has drained several times, and came back. it has never had these huge holes though. is this a sign it won't come back? it looks good, not infected. i'm washing with peroxide?

You need to get seen in person so that a trained physician can evaluate these wounds properly. Peroxide is not a good idea as it interferes with wound healing. I would switch to soap/water daily and get seen this week.
