First find out why you did this. You may need to see a urologist. If it happens again use a fan and open the window. Anytime you use a strong liquid, put on a mask and gloves and have as much circulation in area as possible.

There is something that may have been responsible that you may need to evaluate further. There are some cleaning agent that have ammonia smell that could remind you of urine; could you have shame complex that may have come from the incidence that you could try and resolve by meditation. Avoid alcohol, you could use Febreeze and also you could get bedding that has impermeable backing under sheet.
