I have a soft lump in my anus and keeps bleeding over a day. when i wipe the lump i see bright and fresh blood each time. is it normal that the bleeding won't stop that period of time? (38/m)?

If the lump is soft & nontender, an external hemorrhoid would be likely. If it was thrombosed, it would be painful and tender. I recommend being evaluated by a proctologist or a colorectal surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
