Is HPV a typo? Do you mean HIV? There is a "duo" test, i.e. antigen-antibody or "4th generation" blood test for HIV, but not HPV. Most doctors probably do not automatically test for HIV. If you really mean DNA testing for HPV, this usually is done during all Pap smears, but not necessarily by all doctors. Discuss with the doctor or clinic where your Pap will be done.
