How dangerous is fatty liver grade 2?

Stage II fatty liver disease means extra fat deposits in liver with inflammation. This is not a scary condition yet, you can even reverse it by life style change and modification of your diet: avoiding alcohol, losing weight, taking medications to control diabetes, cholesterol and triglycerides (fat in the blood) if you are affected by them.
