A member asked:

High rbc with thalassemia minor 7.2 is it dangerous or can be life threatening?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, thalassemia minor is not a life threatening condition. Wish you good health!
